AUSTIN - Governor Greg Abbott today announced that he has waived the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR) testing requirements for the 2019-2020 school year. Additionally, Governor Abbott is requesting that the Department of Education (DOE) waive federal testing requirements for the 2019-2020 school year.
The application for admission to the Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) Program at the University of Arkansas-Hope campus is now open. Students can apply online at www.uaht.edu from now to May 1, 2020.

The event will take place from 6PM until 8PM in University Center room 326. The program is free and open to the public and reservations are not required.
