I like to point out reasons why I don't live in the northern United States, this one has just moved to the top of my list, hyperextreme nipple glaciation, more commonly known up north as "Nipple Chipping".

ISIS is all-but destroyed, the economy is looking much better, tax cuts should help most people, regulations are being slashed, retail sales are up, housing starts are up and the Stock Market is still setting records. What's not to be optimistic about in 2018?

Last Friday, December 15 in the wee hours of the morning, a wonderful family in Mena, Arkansas lost everything they have in a house fire. They could use some help starting over.

One thing is for sure, cats love Christmas trees, real or artificial makes no difference to them, they're all shiny and sparkly and climbable.

Even though J-Dub thinks a three and a half hour drive is a long way, it's really not that bad, if you're into American history, and have not seen this pivotal battlefield in the Civil War, then you are missing out on something amazing.
