Craiglist Buyer Thwarts Robbery Attempt, Arrested on Weapons Charges

When a Baltimore, MD man and woman showed up to look at a car they were interested in buying off Craigslist, the sellers pulled out a gun and demanded money from them.

Things took a turn for the worse for the sellers, however, when the woman pulled out her own gun and fired it into the air. The 20 something year old wanna be robbers dropped their guns and fled the scene.

The robbers got away, but police arrested the woman on weapons charges saying she should have just been a good witness and called the cops.

Ummm. Hello Mr policeman, but she was being ROBBED!?!?! She wasn't just a witness, she was a VICTIM of a crime. So, in Maryland you can't defend yourself from being robbed at gun point???
