An amendment to include "God" and recognize Jerusalem as Israels capital into the official Democratic Party Platform was passed yesterday, but did the "aye's" really have it?

Here is the official wording of the amendment:

I am here to attest and affirm that our faith and belief in God is central to the American story and informs the values we've expressed in our party's platform," Strickland, who chaired the party's platform committee, read. "In addition, President Obama recognizes Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and our party's platform should as well.

Three times the chair asked for a vote on this amendment and three times it was hard to tell whether the amendment actually passed or not. To my ears, it sounded like the no's were louder each time. So, just for grins, I loaded the audio from the vote into an audio editing program so I could see the wave form. You be the judge. Did the amendment pass by a 2/3's vote?
