Luke Bryan isn't the only country guy who can score a duet with Little Big Town's Karen Fairchild! At a recent show in Nashville, Eric Paslay treated fans to a new duet with the LBT singer.

Press play on the Instagram video above to hear a portion of the song, tentatively titled "Takin' My Heart Higher;" there's another snippet available on YouTube. Paslay takes lead vocals throughout the tune, while Fairchild chimes in with harmonies.

"@ericpaslay, your new record is amazing!! Thanks for asking me to join you tonight," Fairchild wrote on Instagram after the show. "What a voice and talent ... and who knew you were such a good dancer?!"

The "new record" that Fairchild is referencing is Paslay's upcoming sophomore album, due out sometime in 2016; the singer-songwriter released the project's first single, "High Class," in September. Although the disc will only be Paslay's second as an artist, the Texan has written No. 1 singles for artists such as Jake Owen and Love and Theft.

"Neither is easy, but I always say, it’s like I was one of the writers of the letters for a long time here in Nashville, and now I’m a messenger," Paslay tells The Boot of being both a songwriter and an artist. "So you’re out of town a lot more, but you get to see the reaction of what you’ve been writing for years and years. I don’t have kids yet, but they say you love them the same but differently.”

“High Class” is available for download via iTunes.
