The rumors are true: Gwen Stefani's upcoming Christmas album will feature a collaboration with Blake Shelton! Stefani revealed the big news, and gave fans a sneak peek at the song, on Thursday afternoon (Sept. 21).

Stefani's Christmas album, due out Oct. 6, is called You Make It Feel Like Christmas. Shelton appears with her on the title track, which finds the pair singing about how being in love makes the holiday season that much brighter.

“Sleigh bells singing hallelujah / Stars are shining on us, too," Shelton and Stefani sing in "You Make It Feel Like Christmas" on top of a festive pop beat. "I wanna thank you baby / You make it feel like Christmas."

Entertainment Tonight first reported the rumor of Stefani and Shelton's Christmas collaboration in August. A leaked track listing showed Stefani, Shelton, Justin Tranter and busbee as the writers on "You Make It Feel Like Christmas."

Stefani and Shelton fans will be able to hear the complete version of "You Make It Feel Like Christmas" very soon, too: Stefani's announcement of the project reveals that the song will be downloadable instantly for those who pre-order the project; pre-orders will be available beginning Thursday night.

In terms of his own career, Shelton recently released a brand-new single, "I'll Name the Dogs," his first new music since his 2016 album If I’m HonestThat record includes another duet between Shelton and Stefani, "Go Ahead and Break My Heart." The two wrote the song together shortly after they began dating in late 2015, following Shelton's divorce from Miranda Lambert.
