Jana Kramer managed to pull out another week on Dancing With the Stars Monday night (Oct. 24), winning her way to safety after turning in two very different dance performances.

Kramer and partner Gleb Savchenko performed a samba as part of Eras Night, dressed in wild floral disco outfits and set to the KC & the Sunshine Band classic "Get Down Tonight." The fun dance earned them a score of 34 out of 40.

They followed that up with a team dance as part of Team Future, joining Terra Jole, Sasha Farber, Laurie Hernandez, Val Chmerkovskiy, Marilu Henner and Derek Hough for a dance set to Armin Van Burren’s "Embrace" that earned 35 out of 40 points from the judges.

Despite two strong showings, the couple actually ended up in danger of elimination at the end of the evening, but managed to stay in the competition for another week.

It's been an up-and-down time for Kramer, who is balancing the demands of the show with an active touring career and being a newly-single mother to her daughter, Jolie Rae, after splitting with her husband of 15 months, Michael Caussin, in August. Caussin has reportedly been in rehab to seek treatment for sex addiction after allegedly cheating on Kramer repeatedly throughout their marriage.

Kramer recently revealed that her first husband, Michael Gambino, went to prison for her attempted murder after abusing her terribly during their marriage, but she says she is now finding a new strength. She wants to be an example not only for her daughter, but for other single moms.

“I’m trying to manage it the best that I can and show single moms out there that we can do it,” she says. “We can do it all, hear us roar.”
