Memorial Day Service For Veterans Planned

Memorial Day is coming up Monday May,26 and your invited to attend the Hillcrest Memorial Park Memorial Day Service beginning at 1 p.m.Guest speaker will be Texarkana, Texas Mayor Bob Bruggeman and special guest appearance by Klancy Johnson, Miss Texarkana, Arkansas and Miss White River 2014. The event is in recognition of the service Veterans have sacrificed for this country and your encouraged to drive through the "Avenue of Flags" featuring over 285 U.S. Flags. In addition over 1200 U.S. Flags will mark the graves of veterans.

Hilcrest Memorial Park is located at 5101 West 7th Street.
