Another rash of tornadoes broke out Wednesday in the Springfield,Massachusetts area, a region of the U.S. that is more prone to blizzards than tornadoes.Two very powerful tornadoes raked over the city flipping cars,spreading debris, collapsing buildings and killing at least four people.

A state of emergency has been issued for the area and the National Gaurd has been activated by Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick. Residents were instructed to take shelter in basements and bathrooms.

Check out this video footage of  rooftop cameras that captured the tornado sucking water from the nearby river. You can plainly see the river being spun up, hundreds of feet into the air.
