No Shave November has officially come to an end and after 30 days of roughing it out we finally are going to be able to shave. However, the question remains. Will my buddies Jeff and Jim take to the blade or will they sport the no shave look awhile longer? I'm thinking it's almost winter time and I haven't sported a beard in a long time, so maybe I'll hang onto mine at least through the winter months, unless of course, I get a wild hair (no pun intended).

In a recent survey 82% of women say that they love a man with a beard, long as the man grooms his beard. According to the women surveyed, they said a man with a beard is very manly and masculine. So with that in mind, this month is "No Shave November" an annual tradition that raises awareness by embracing our hair, which many cancer patients lose.
Talimena Rally Cruisin’ for St. Jude kicks off this Memorial holiday weekend in Texarkana. And according to Neil Jones who is organizing the event, when I spoke with him on Tuesday he told me they already had well over 250 riders registered for this motorcycle ride.
The first ever Concert For Kids to benefit St. Jude was held at the Texarkana, Arkansas Convention Center at the Holiday Inn this past Saturday night. According to Neal Jones the event organizer, about 300 enthusiastic people showed up to support this worthwhile cause.
How would you like to help out kids with cancer at St. Jude Children's Research Center. There will be a special Concert For Kids Saturday, April 5 at the Arkansas Convention Center in the Holiday Inn located at 5200 Convention Plaza Drive.
