Putting aside Creepy clowns and things that go bump in the night, what really frightens us in real life?

Remember the good old days when we were just scared of the simple things? You know, like spiders, snakes, heights and clowns? Well, those days are gone. Welcome to the age of fear of government corruption and cyber terrorism.

Some people have a fear of flying, fear of heights, fear of birds, and for some strange reason I have a fear of clowns. It's not that I can't be around them but since I was a kid they have always creeped me out just a little. Like KKYR's John Williams and many others my wife has a fear of snakes. How about the fear of tomatoes?
