Last week when Tracy Lawrence was in his hometown area getting ready for his concert at the Four States Fair, Tracy always takes the time to go visit local charity organizations that he's supportive of including Water Springs Ranch. Last Thursday, (September 15) he stopped by the Texarkana College campus, where he spoke to a group of students, including student organization members and scholarship

The 67th Annual Four States Fair & Rodeo kicks off Friday, September 16th with country star TRACY LAWRENCE with special guest GREG GARDNER Voo Doo Cowboy. Tickets are just $25 in advance and $30 day of show. Show starts at 7:30pm in the Fair Entertainment Center.
