The annual Meagan Mauldin Love For The Cure Spring fundraiser is Saturday, May 9 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Hot Tails Crawfish in Texarkana. This event raises funds for cancer patient expenses and celebrates the life and love of Meagan Mauldin.

On Saturday, April 18, a fundraiser will be held to help with expenses incurred during Chuck Womack's treatment for colon cancer. The event will be held at Hot Tails Crawfish hut on Hwy 71 just north of Interstate 30 in Texarkana. There is a bake sale with super yummy treats, many silent auction items and awesome raffles.

On Wednesday, April 8, you can get a special treat from Texas Roadhouse! Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and all that is asked is that you donate at least $5 for each lunch. You can get it to go or dine in. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

The Arkansas High and North Heights Junior High String Orchestra is holding a fundraiser this Saturday at Applebee's to raise funds to attend a competition during a music festival in Hot Springs, Ark.

Texas Roadhouse is sponsoring a FREE lunch with a donation on Wednesday, April 8 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
