November 14, 2012 Santa will arrive in Texarkana on Friday during the Junior League of Texarkana's Mistletoe Fair at the Four States Fairgrounds.
The Mistletoe Fair is this week. Starting on Thursday, November 15 with the Preview Party. Enjoy shopping through Sunday, November 18. This 4-day event is the Junior League of Texarkana's biggest fundraiser and helps out their many local programs throughout the year.
