The Texarkana Texas Police Department report they have arrested Patricia Richardson and Rhonda Latham and charged them with Exploitation of an Elderly Person late last week.

Bond has been set at $200,000 apiece for a Father and Son accused of Continuous Sexual Abuse of an alleged 7-year old relative of the two men. Both are still being held in the Bi-State Jail.

The Texarkana Texas Police Department arrested David Fant, 56, and Hayden Fant, 19, both of Texarkana, Texas, accused of the Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child on Wednesday afternoon. The alleged victim is a seven-year-old relative of the two men.
