Despite Arkansas' dismal season, Texarkana native Cobi Hamilton has been setting records all season long and he has two more within reach when the Hogs wrap up the season against LSU Friday.

Hamilton needs 4 receptions and 179 receiving yards Friday to set the Arkansas career receptions and receiving yards records currently held by Vikings wide receiver, Jarius Wright.

The former Texas High standout now owns single season records for receptions (80) and receiving yards (1,237). He broke Arkansas' and Southeastern Conference single game record for most receiving yards (303) earlier this year against Rutgers.

Did you know: Cobi's mother, Deborah Hamilton, wouldn't let him play football until his freshman year of high school because she thought it was too violent and didn't want him to get hurt? I think I speak on behalf of many Texas High and Razorback fans who say; thank you Ms Hamilton for allowing your son to play, because we sure have enjoyed watching him and wish him all the best in the upcoming NFL draft and in his NFL career!
