I've always been a Johnny Cash fan and today is Wednesday, Feb. 26. It would have been Johnny Cash's 82nd birthday if he were living. But to honor 'The Man in Black' all day today, fans can visit a special website to "Light Up a Star" with their birthday wishes, read existing messages, and unlock a stream of "Out Among the Stars," the title track from from the new album in stores on March 25.

Here's what you need to do:

Post your birthday messages at johnnycashonline.com. To post on other social media sites please include both the url "http://bit.ly/cashbday" and the #JohnnyCash hashtag (aka the "Johnny Cash Tag").

"Out Among the Stars" is a new Johnny Cash album in stores March 25, featuring previously unreleased recordings from the early 1980s. The first single  "She Used to Love Me A Lot" is one of 12 Unreleased  tracks featuring Marty Stuart on mandolin according to RollingStone.com. "She Used to Love Me A Lot" was previously recorded by David Allan Coe.

Here's the song audio from Vevo/YouTube.

Be sure and check out the upcoming Johnny Cash Music Festival coming to Jonesboro, Arkansas.
