A new survey came out and reports that this year, the majority of Americans “don’t care about the presents underneath the Christmas tree”. Their favorite part of the holiday season is the time they get to spend with loved ones.

Harris Interactive asked 2,499 adults what they most looked forward to about the December holidays and 58 percent responded spending time with friends and family. The next most popular aspects are the parties (8 percent), followed by giving presents (7 percent), putting up decorations (4 percent), watching holiday specials and listening to seasonal music (4 percent), and getting presents (2 percent.)

But there's still a Grinch and a Scrooge  out there. Eleven percent said that there wasn’t a single thing they looked forward to about the holidays. Really? Now that's sad!

We want to know what is it about Christmas that you look forward too?
