What Sandwich Do You Think Represents Your State? [SURVEY]

There is a website called Stately Sandwiches that shows pictures of sandwiches that best represent the state in which you live in.So far they have 12 pictured on the website, for example North Carolina (pulled pork], to Texas (Texas brisket sandwiches). I notice Arkansas doesn't have a sandwich yet to represent the state. What sandwich would you like to see as our, can we say state sandwich?
