American Humorist Jeanne Robertson at the Perot Theatre Jan. 12

The first show of 2019 is set for Saturday, Jan. 12, 7:30PM at the Perot Theatre when audiences will be captivated by the humor of Jeanne Robertson.

Robertson who is 71, sure doesn't look or act like someone that age. Her exuberant personality shines through as she takes the audience on a journey full of humorous observations about life around her. Audiences of all ages will laugh and surely relate to some of her witty depiction of everyday situations.

According to Wikipedia, Robertson is not only an American humorist but a motivational speaker who's career included being a physical education teacher as well as holding the title of Miss North Carolina in 1963.  A graduate of Auburn University in 1967 and former basketball player at the school. At 6 ft. 2 inches Robertson has won numerous speaking awards and has written three books.
