It's almost that time of year again for the annual Wine and Jazz Gala for Harvest Regional Food Bank on Friday, April 21 at 7PM. The event is scheduled to take place at the historic Silvermoon in downtown Texarkana and is being presented by Ledwell Machinery, McClarty Ford and Texar FCU.

The aroma of gourmet food and wine will join the sounds of live music from the extraordinarily talented Candace Taylor and Trio. The perfect wines will be paired with each gourmet dish prepared by Jennifer Tanner, Julie's Restaurant Catering, & Bakery, Bobby Duhon, Laginappe Specialty Meats, Pam Elliott, Texarkana Country Club, & Twisted Fork.

The evening will also feature a silent auction. Adding to the fun will be the Wine Pull where guests will have the chance to win a $20-$100+ bottle of wine with each $20 donation.

Additional sponsors include Neighbors Emergency Center, Floyd Capital Management, Eagle Cutting & Supply, Barry Insurance, and Wholesale Electric Supply.

Reservations are $75 in advance or $85 at the door.  Reservations can be made by visiting their website or by calling Harvest Regional Food Bank at 870-774-1398.  You can also visit their office at 3120 East 19th Street.  All proceeds benefit the hunger relief programs of Harvest Regional Food Bank.
