Arkansas City Board Meets Tonight
The Texarkana, Ark., City Board of Directors meets for the first time in July this evening beginning at 6:30 at Arkansas City Hall.The board will see a presentation by Debbie Brower on behalf of the Animal Care and Adoption Advisory Committee.
