Heads up. Just so you know this weekend is not only Easter weekend, but Sunday is also 4/20 and Arkansas State Police will be watching you.

Arkansas law enforcement and officials want to remind you 'Don't Drive High'. That's right they know all about the 4/20 'celebration' and the use of it usually spikes on this day. Even though you can legally possess marijuana for medical use, driving while impaired is still illegal and remember, If You Feel Different, You Drive Different. Drive High Get a DWI!  Nobody wants that.

Here are some great words of advice from the Arkansas Public Safety Secretary Colonel Mike Hagar,

Use good judgement. Obey the law, and make safe choices when driving a vehicle. Your decisions don’t just affect you — they affect everyone on the road.

Whatever you may think or have heard, the truth is that if you are high, it does affect your driving. It can slow your reaction time down. It can be hard to concentrate, and it may be difficult to stay in your lane.

Spread the word and make sure your friends don't drive high either. It's better to call an Uber

Do everyone a favor and if you are going to celebrate 4/20, please be responsible and help keep our roads safe.
