Arkansas High School is getting ready to celebrate three outstanding Razorback student-athletes who will be taking steps forward in their athletic and academic journeys. Signing Day ceremonies will be held at 9:30 AM on Thursday, November 13, Friday, November 14, and Thursday, November 20 at the Arkansas High School campus.

These talented students have excelled both in competition and in the classroom, earning their place among the next generation of college athletes. Congratulations to these amazing student-athletes as they sign their letters of intent!

Addison Girley – Arkansas State University (Track & Field)

Addison Girley is a four-year track and field standout. She will be signing with Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. The defending 6A State Champion in discus and Meet of Champs winner, Addison, has also been a state runner-up in shot put.

Aniya Arnold – University of Memphis (Softball)

Softball is where Aniya Arnold shines and she will continue her athletic career at the University of Memphis. Aniya’s high school record includes a batting average well above .500 and multiple home runs each season.

Jewel Smart – Arkansas State University–Newport (Softball)

Jewel Smart will sign with Arkansas State University–Newport. Holding a variety of positions from pitcher, outfielder, and first baseman. All while maintaining a GPA above 3.8.
