According to a press release, when Jason received a phone call from an official from the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery telling him he had won, he thought it was some kind of joke or scam.  After going through the verification process with the  ASL, it finally hit him that he had won. He grabbed his wife and headed to the claim center to receive his check for what he called a life-changing moment. Jason plans to take a much-needed vacation and pay off some bills.

Talk about a second chance, I think Jason just got that by winning in the Play It Again Second-Chance drawing. The next drawing is May 22.

Jason did say he plays the lottery weekly and enters his non-winning tickets into The Club for special promotions and points for prizes. Who knows maybe Jason will get lucky and win again!
