A Tradition of Arkansas Academic Excellence

Quiz Bowl has been an Arkansas TV tradition since 1985, as it celebrates students' achievements across a wide range of subjects, including literature, math, science, history, art, music, and economics.

Teams earned their spot in the state finals through regional tournaments held in March, where the top performers advanced for a chance to compete at the highest level.

For these students, it’s more than just a game; this is a chance to represent their schools, earn scholarships, and showcase the hard work they’ve put into their education.
