Arkansas Treasurer to Visit North Heights Junior High in Texarkana

Arkansas Treasurer Dennis Milligan is coming to North Heights Junior High School to recognize students achievements.

These are students who have completed the AR Financial-AR Future Financial literacy curriculum. "The Vault – Understanding Money" course consists of six learning modules, each followed by two interactive, performance-based games. Each learning module last
approximately 15-30 minutes, for a cumulative course time of 2.5 to 3 hours.

Vault  tracks student knowledge through pre- and post-assessment questions in each
module. Upon completion of the learning modules, students earn a Vault
Certification in Financial Literacy. Below are the concepts covered in each part of
the course:

Module 1 – Responsible Money Choices
Module 2 – Income and Careers
Module 3 – Making Plans with Money
Module 4 – Credit and Borrowing
Module 5 – Insurance and Safety
Module 6 – Savings and Investing
