Ho Ho Hold on just a second, a slight downward trend during Christmas week for arrests in Bowie County, Texarkana, and the surrounding area. Sheriff Jeff Neal reports a total of 63 arrests, with BCSO deputies accounting for 132, while other law enforcement agencies contributed an additional 50.
