Early voting in the Great State of Texas starts today, Tuesday, February 17, which obviously would include the voters in Bowie County, Texas, ahead of the March 3, 2026, Joint Primary Election.

Bowie County participates in the countywide polling place program, which means any registered Bowie County voter may cast a ballot at any voting location, regardless of their home address.

Voters can cast early ballots at the following sites:

Bowie County Courthouse (Main Location) - Elections Workroom
710 James Bowie Drive, New Boston, Texas

Southwest Center - ABC Room
3222 W. 7th Street, Texarkana, Texas

Cross Pointe Baptist Church - In The Gym
3130 University Avenue, Texarkana

Early Voting Schedule

  • Early voting runs February 17–27, 2026.
  • Feb. 17–20 (Tue–Fri): 8 AM to 6 PM (All locations)
  • Feb. 21 (Saturday): 7 AM to 7 PM (All locations)
  • Feb. 22 (Sunday): Noon to 6 PM (County Courthouse location only)
  • Feb. 23–27 (Mon–Fri): 7 AM to 7 PM (All locations)

In Texas, early voting ends a few days before election day. So, your last opportunity for early voting in Texas will be on Friday, February 27. Election Day is Tuesday, March 3.
