Broken Bow, Oklahoma Blood Drive This Thursday, Jan 7

The Broken Bow Chamber of Commerce is inviting all area residents from Broken Bow, Idabel and the surrounding areas to participate in the Chamber Blood Drive this Thursday, January 7 from noon until 6 PM at the Fire Department on Main at Martin Luther King Dr.

Blood demand is at an all-time high and unfortunately, supply is at an all-time low so the need is great.

They are asking that you please schedule an appointment through the Oklahoma Blood Institute to help them with social distancing, call 877-340-8777 or visit obi.org. Walk-ins are accepted as space allows, masks are required.

All donors will receive a 2021 long-sleeve T-shirt.

Plus, donations are all tested for COVID-19 antibodies to identify potential convalescent plasma donors.
