Let's hope Carrie Underwood is not messing with us.

You may have heard me rave about Carrie Underwood within the last week. I am a firm believer that she is flawless. I mean, have you seen her Instagram? It's just post after post of filter-free perfection.

And now she's telling us that we can get a flat stomach overnight.

In an interview with SHAPE Magazine, Carrie said her secret is to not eat any carbs for dinner. She will eat oatmeal for breakfast and a sandwich for lunch, but in the evening it's all about protein and veggies. She said, the next morning her stomach is flat and not bloated.

Genius.

There's just one problem. You have to kind of have a flat stomach to begin with. Just saying.

In the video above, Carrie talks about how she lost the baby weight just 10 months after giving birth to her sweet baby boy, Isaiah. Warning: there's no secret pill. It's all healthy eating and staying active.

But if it makes you look like her? I'm all in.
