Chris Janson Asks ‘Who’s Your Farmer’ in Rockin’ New Song [Listen]
Chris Janson recently dropped a new song, "Who's Your Farmer," and the rowdy number is sure to be a hit with fans.
Sticking to his track record of recording rocking country jams, Janson asks his leading lady, "Who's your farmer" who will go to the ends of the earth to care for her.
"Who lays your life out in pretty little rows / Who keeps that red dirt between your pretty toes / Oh, say my name, let it echo through the holler / Who’s your farmer," Janson sings, backed by heavy electric guitar. The singer bears a vocal resemblance to Blake Shelton on the track, with his voice sounding a bit more mature and rugged than previous releases. The song is bound to receive a warm welcome during his live shows, with its catchy beat begging the audience to sing along and rock out.

"Who's Your Farmer" appears on Janson's upcoming 2017 album, Everybody, which is set for release on Sept. 22. It follows the album's first single "Fix a Drink," which currently sits in the No. 12 spot on Billboard's Country Airplay chart. The album includes 12 tracks all co-written by Janson.
“I'm very proud of Everybody. My life and what I've lived and experienced wrote this record, and I had a good time making it," Janson tells the Tennessean about the project. "I hope ‘everybody’ buys, streams it and loves it, because I wrote it for ‘everybody.’”
While currently on tour with Sam Hunt's 15 in a 30 Tour alongside Maren Morris, Janson will hit the road on his own headlining tour in 2017 and 2018 on a tour named after his album, continuing through February of 2018. He'll mix headlining dates in more intimate venues with support dates in bigger halls.
