On Sunday night President Barack Obama addressed the nation and the world that the U-S military killed Osama Bin Laden. The President said that Bin Laden was killed, after a firefight, in Pakistan. No U-S soldiers were hurt during the attack. The news comes almost ten years after the 9/11 attacks on America for which Bin Laden has been largely known for being behind, among others. How about some irony: Adolf Hitler’s death was announced on May 1st, 1945, Osama Bin Laden’s death was announced on May 1st, 2011. And it was announced on May Day!
