Fear of Spiders? This Might Help.

Normally, this is how I feel about spiders.....

Oh, you can easily add snakes to that sentence and it would be true, true, true. Creepy crawlies do just that-give me the creepy crawlies! I just got a shiver thinking about a spider and/or snake. I digress.

The next time I see a spider, I am going to imagine it with the voice in this video and maybe it will help.  Enjoy!
