Go Behind the Scenes with Frankie Ballard [VIDEO]

Something I find fascinating with today's country music stars is not only must they naturally be great singers, but they also have to be good actors when they shoot their music videos. And lucky for Frankie Ballard fans, he's terrific at both.

And shooting videos is no easy chore. Take a look at the filming of "Helluva Life."

We'll get to see Frankie Ballard in person when he takes the stage for the 2015 Taste of Country Christmas Tour Saturday, November 14, at Shooters in Texarkana, Ark. Tickets are on sale at Boot Barn (cash only) in the Richmond Ranch Shopping Center and online for just $15.

Ballard's current album, Sunshine & Whiskey, has already produced three No. 1 singles, "Helluva Life," "Sunshine & Whiskey," and his most recent hit, "Young & Crazy."

In my recent interview with Ballard, he said he's preparing for a new single called "It All Started With a Beer" from a forthcoming album written by Jaren Johnston from the band The Cadillac Three.

Ballard is in high demand lately. He's getting ready to go on a cruise with Florida Georgia Line this weekend then will return to Texarkana for his Taste of Country Christmas Tour date here on Nov. 14. The rest of the year, he will hook up with Randy Houser on the We Went Tour.

The year 2016 is already looking bright for the Battle Creek, Mich., native as he has been invited to be a part of the first-ever Dega Jam at the Talladega Super Speedway in July 2016. This all-day event will feature some of country music's biggest stars.
