Habitat for Humanity of Texarkana is accepting applications for ownership of a new home to be built in Texarkana. Texas. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or legal residents living in Bowie or Miller County and be able to meet certain qualifications. Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit organization dedicated to giving people a hand-up. not a hand out, by enabling them to purchase a home of their own with a zero-interest mortgage.
