Harvest Regional Food Bank Teams With Texarkana Auto Dealer To Raise Money For Local Students

Todd Shore’s McLarty Ford and Harvest Regional Food Bank are working together to help raise up to $6,000 to benefit children in Texarkana and the surrounding area through the Harvest Backpack Program as part of Ford Motor Company’s Drive 4 UR School program.

Members of the Texarkana area community will have the opportunity to raise money for the Harvest Texarkana Backpack Program by test-driving a Ford vehicle. For every person who test-drives a new Ford vehicle at this one-day event, Ford Motor Company will donate $20, up to a maximum donation of $6,000, to Harvest Regional Food Bank, to help provide food for hundreds of chronically hungry children in over 25 area schools through the Harvest Texarkana Backpack Program.

All you have to do is come out to Wild About Wellness at the Four States Fairgrounds this Saturday, August 10 between 8 AM and Noon, test drive a new Ford and that's it.
