‘Health on the Line’ Brings Free Screenings and Fun to Texarkana Oct. 4

Texarkana residents are invited to the 3rd Annual Health on the Line event, scheduled for Saturday, October 4, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on State Line Avenue in downtown Texarkana. The event will take place between the U.S. Post Office and Olive Street.

Hosted by Texarkana Healthcare Marketing Professionals in partnership with Texas A&M University-Texarkana, the community health fair is open to the public and free for all ages.

Free Screenings and Wellness Resources

Visitors can take advantage of free health screenings, gather information from local wellness resources, and enjoy door prizes and giveaways throughout the morning.

Live Music and Family Fun

Live entertainment will be provided by local musician Mayson Garner, adding to the festive atmosphere.

Food Trucks and Local Favorites

In addition to health-focused activities, several food vendors will be on site. Los Tacos has confirmed it will open early for the event, and food trucks will be serving meals and snacks for purchase.
