Here's Your Chance to Tour Texarkana's New Airport Terminal

We've been waiting for this for awhile now. A look at the new airport terminal at the Texarkana Regional Airport. Well, the time is almost here. There are two events in June that you won't want to miss.

June 27: Sneak Peek of the Jim E. Yates Terminal

Coming up on Thursday, June 27 don't miss your chance at an exclusive sneak peek of the new Jim E. Yates Terminal. The terminal doors will be open from Noon until 7 PM for self-guided tours.

You can also enjoy light refreshments from Lost Pizza Co. and Local Habit Coffee Company between 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM. In addition to that, the first 100 families to arrive will receive a special challenge coin.

June 28: Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Then on Friday, June 28 at 11 AM it all will become a reality as the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce performs the official ribbon-cutting ceremony. Stop by for some lunch as Big Jake's BBQ will provide delicious food, and Local Habit Coffee Company will offer refreshing drinks.

Both of these events are free and open to the public.
