SHREVEPORT, LA - Every now and then we get video of a dumb move by a criminal. In fact, this is happening more often these days as more folks install security cameras. This latest incident happened at a Shreveport pawn shop where a suspected thief can be seen on video surveillance falling from the ceiling.

KTAL reports the suspect has been arrested after this failed attempt to steal guns from a Shreveport pawn shop earlier this week.
You can see the guy falling through the ceiling and then smashing several display cases and trying to steal several guns.

You might get a chuckle while watching the video as you see the suspect trying all kinds of ways to get back out of the store. But he falls several times. Police responded to the business and saw two suspects running across the roof of the pawn shop as they pulled up. One of the suspects has been identified as 19-year-old James Napier. He was caught by the officers. He faces a charge of simple burglary. Police are still searching for the second suspect. Officers were able to recover about a dozen stolen guns.
