Jack in The Box Coming to Arkansas! Is Texarkana on the List?

Jack in the Box a popular fast-food chain recently announced they are looking to add stores in Arkansas, Florida, Montana, and Wyoming. Is Texarkana on that list? That's the question.

For the longest Texarkana folks have been wanting a Jack in the Box location to come here but unfortunately the fast-food chain has no interest in this market yet. The nearest location to Texarkana is in Longview, Texas 137 miles from here.  Jack in the Box plans on opening 123 new locations in the four states I mentioned and thus far the only Jack in The Box that has been officially confirmed in Arkansas is in Rogers, according to an article in AY About You.

The Jack in the Box franchise website is looking at several other markets in Arkansas for possible franchise owners to invest in their company. Below is a list of cities in Arkansas that Jack in the Box is interested in.

• Hot Springs - Metro Area
• Little Rock - North Little Rock - Conway - Metro Area
• Fayetteville - Springdale - Metro Area
• Pine Bluff - Whitehall Metro Area

Unfortunately, Texarkana is not a targeted market for now.

Some folks said we used to have a Jack in the Box here many years ago but I grew up here and I think I would have remembered if we ever had one. I even did some research to see if we ever had a Jack in the Box in Texarkana and I couldn't find anything on it. But correct me if I'm wrong!
