Miranda Lambert gets real about what women see while at the bathroom sink.

It's the same story every morning as a woman. You wake up and head to the bathroom sink to get ready for the day. If we could write our thoughts in that moment in the steam left over from the shower, we would surely run out of room.

Do I look OK today? Have I already ruined the day? Why can't my nose be smaller? Does anyone find this attractive? Why did I have to treat that person like that yesterday? How can you even look at yourself right now?

It can be a real struggle.

Miranda Lambert gets it. That's why she wrote an extremely personal song about it. As she told ABC News Radio, she wants it to be the final single released from her album, Platinum.

"In my mind, that's what I would pick," she said in the midst of discussions about the song release with her record label, "just because that's where I am artistically. Clearly with my life where it is right now, I just feel like that sort of sets up where I'm headed."

Of course, who knew when writing the song that it would be so indicative of her life today?

The song has almost become an anthem for her all-female tour with Ashley Monroe, RaeLynn, Clare Dunn and more. She believes it speaks to what women go through and from a female standpoint, she nailed it.

You can see Miranda at the 49th Annual CMA Awards on November 4. She is nominated for several awards, including Entertainer of the Year.
