
Missing Arkansas Mother and Children Found Safe

Nannette Ralph and her children, Scarlette Rose and David Roy Talley, who were considered Missing/Endangered Advisory by the Arkansas State Police earlier today, have been found safe.

Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Izard County woman and her two young children.
According to a press release from the Arkansas State Police, Thirty-one-year-old Nannette Ralph was last seen around 7:45 p.m. on Sunday, September 14, near her home on J Bar J Road outside Melbourne. Her two children, 5-year-old Scarlette Rose Talley and 10-month-old David Roy Talley, are believed to have been with her at the time.

Ralph is described as an Asian/Pacific Islander woman, 5’4” and 200 pounds, with black hair recently shaved to about a half-inch. She was last seen wearing a dark-colored shirt.

The family may be traveling in a 2004 gray Ford Explorer with an Arkansas license plate 367694.
The Arkansas State Police has issued a Missing/Endangered Advisory at the request of the Izard County Sheriff’s Office.
