The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery congratulates the newest  Powerball winner Gregory Culp of Nashville, Arkansas. Culp bought the winning Powerball ticket worth $10,000 at the EZ Mart store in Gillham, Ark.In order to become the lucky winner Culp had to correctly match five of the six numbers drawn on Saturday, Sept. 5, containing 4 white balls and the lucky Powerball. And if you're wondering the methodology the Culps used to win, you know those fortune cookies you get at a Chinese restaurant that you normally throw away, that's what they used. Betcha you'll think twice about doing that next time. Gregory told officials with the Arkansas Lottery that he plans to take his family on a much needed vacation.

By the way the lucky winner was a $2 Powerball game ticket.
