New Texarkana Breakfast Spot Opens on St. Michael Drive

First Watch is set to officially open its doors on Monday, March 23, bringing a fresh, daytime-only dining option to the growing area along St. Michael Drive.

The new restaurant features a spacious dining room with seating for more than 150 guests, plus a covered patio, perfect for those spring mornings that are already here. First Watch is known for its made-to-order breakfast, brunch, and lunch menu, with everything cooked fresh each day. That means no heat lamps, no microwaves, and no deep fryers, just a focus on quality ingredients and classic favorites with a modern twist.

The menu includes everything from traditional breakfast plates and omelets to more unique options like avocado toast, farmhouse hash, lemon ricotta pancakes, and their well-known Million Dollar Bacon. Fresh juices are made in-house each morning, and coffee lovers will enjoy their Project Sunrise blend.

Opening Week Perk for Coffee Lovers!

To celebrate opening week, guests who dine in from Monday, March 23, through March 27 can enjoy free unlimited coffee with their meal.

The restaurant will be open daily from 7 AM to 2:30 PM, giving Texarkana another solid go-to for breakfast and lunch, and judging by the buzz already building, it won’t stay a secret for long.
