New Wedding/Special Events Center Opens in Texarkana

The month of June is one of the most popular times of the year to get married and with June fast approaching are you in need of a wedding venue or somewhere to hold a special occasion? If so, there is a new wedding/event center to cater to your needs no matter how big or small the occasion.

I just discovered Orange Blossom Events located at 4404 West 7th Street in the former Kmart shopping center. No, I am not getting married anytime soon, but the other day I happened to be driving in that area when I saw someone working on the front of the building, which turned out to be the owner, Latonya Davis. So I stopped and asked her about the venue and she was gracious enough to give me a tour of the facility.

Orange Blossom Events is a complete wedding planning service and event center that can be used for several special occasions other than weddings such as, birthdays, anniversaries, business luncheons, Christmas parties, etc.

What I found was the prices were very reasonable for someone who may be on a budget. Prices start at $450 and up, depending on how large the event. Food can be catered at the event center if needed, and there is a full size kitchen in the back along with dressing rooms for the bride and groom with a sitting area.

From what I gather, Orange Blossom Events strives to help make the experience as stress-free as possible for their customers so they can enjoy the occasion they're celebrating with friends or family.
