We know how beautiful Arkansas is but when it makes a special list like this you can't help but be proud of this state. Recently there was a list of the most Memorable Small Towns in The Ozarks and 3 towns in Arkansas made the list.

The Ozark Mountains cover a big area covering four states and are made up of two mountain ranges the Boston Mountains in Arkansas and the St. Francois Mountains in Missouri. The Ozark mountains are beautiful and it is so great to see them recognized and the beautiful towns in the Ozarks too.

That's right the home of Walmart but so much more. Bentonville also has some great museums like the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. This museum came in 2nd place as one of the best free museums in the country in a USA Today poll earlier this year. There is also the Scott Family Amazeum. It's also known as the "Mountain-Biking Capital of the World" with over 70 miles of bike trails in and around the town.

Eureka Springs is a beautiful, quaint town with tons of things to do from spas and shopping to restaurants and seeing the Beautiful Crescent Hotel. Built in 1886 it's one of the most haunted hotels in the country. While you are visiting Eureka Springs you will want to also see the Passion Play.

Mountain View is listed as the 'Folk Music Capital of the World' and has an annual Folk Festival and a Bluegrass Festival bringing in up to 60,000 music fans every year. For nature lovers there is the Blanchard Springs Caverns and you can fish for trout in the White River. Plus there is great hiking in the Ozark National Forest.

So what do you think? Are there other Arkansas towns that should've been on the list too?

You can see the other towns that made the list at World Atlas 6 Memorable Small Towns in The Ozarks.
