There will be lots of things to do and see for free at this year's festival.  Railfest Festival will run from 10AM to 5PM in Festival Plaza with music, a huge children’s area, craft and food vendors.  The Texarkana Museums System is having their annual Tinkertown on State Line and Broad St. from 9AM to 3PM with all kinds of activities for kids including, spinning wheels, suntan paper, pixie sticks, pop rocks, catapults, sticky ice, experiments, finger printing, solar ovens s’mores, TP canon, and stained glass shrink dinks.

The Farmers Market off Texas Blvd. and 3rd street will be open and the Four States Auto Museum will be having their annual spring car show just off Laurel and Broad Street.  So head downtown on May 11, for a great day of fun and food.

And to top off the evening, a concert from Texas artist Parker McCollum with opening act Dusty Rose Band presented by Kicker 102-5.
