Police Need Your Help in Locating Missing Texarkana Woman

Brandy Finigan has been located and found safe and has made contact with a family member.

The Texarkana Arkansas Police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing woman in our area. The Police have issued a BOLO (Be On The Look Out) Alert.

Her name is Brandy Finigan.

She is 44 years of age. She is a white female with brown hair and blue eyes. She stands about 5 foot 5 inches and weighs approximately 145 pounds.

Brandy is from the homeless community and her family has not spoken to her since May 31, 2022. Her daughter called on June 23 and reported her missing.

The alert goes on to say, unfortunately, it is not known what she was wearing at the time of her disappearance or who she might have been with. Brandy is known to have a drug addiction.
