Randy Travis Arrested Again and This Time He Was Naked [POLL]

Country star Randy Travis has  been arrested for the second time this year.  Travis was arrested in Texas last night and charged with a DWI... and he was completely naked.

Randy was also charged with "Retaliation & Obstruction" for verbally threatening a police officer during the arrest, a felony.  Travis refused a Breathalyzer test, and a blood draw was ordered.

TMZ reports that Randy Travis was arrested after a one vehicle crash at 11:59 p.m. last night.  He received a few cuts and bruises, but was otherwise uninjured.

This is the second time Randy has been arrested this year.  He was arrested and charged with public intoxication back in February.

(No reason was given for why he was naked, but it is painfully clear that he has a drinking problem.)
